What You’ll Do:
As the Evening Operations Supervisor you will oversee the cleanliness of our customer facilities, assure quality standards and customer expectations are met through regular inspections, and engage with our team members.
Your responsibilities include:
· Leadership: Lead and supervise approximately 26 team members across 33 locations. Recognize and appreciate team members for their contributions and support and support them so they can excel.
· Quality Assurance: Inspect facilities after completion of regular services and ensure they meet ServiceMaster’s quality cleaning standards.
· Hands-On Cleaning: Start up new accounts, train new team members, cover services as needed when team members are ill or scheduled time off. This includes sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, polishing, restroom care, and trash removal. Oversee and complete specialty cleaning projects as scheduled.
· Supply Management: Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and paper products.
What You Bring to the Team:

Attention to Detail: A sharp eye for quality and the ability to identify areas for improvement.

Leadership Experience: Previous commercial cleaning or supervisory experience is a plus, but strong work ethic and willingness to learn are essential.

Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, lift 25 lbs., and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.

Transportation: Valid driver’s license and good driving record as travel between locations in a company-provided vehicle.
