Join Our Team as a Claim Administrator at ServiceMaster Restore!
- Handling Communications: Answering incoming calls and relaying messages efficiently.
- Managing Documentation: Creating and maintaining electronic and hard-copy job files, ensuring all materials are organized and accurate.
- Utilizing Software: Proficiently using company software for job tracking, estimating, and file storage, including creating and maintaining project estimates that align with carrier SLAs and contracts.
- Project Coordination: Creating and maintaining contact lists for each project, ensuring all personnel (SRM staff, general labor, subcontractors) are signed into projects daily.
- Financial Tracking: Working with Project Managers to track and account for all job costs.
- Data Integrity: Daily auditing of estimates and job files, ensuring all spreadsheets and schedules are accurate and up-to-date. Periodically reviewing the equipment scanning database to track all equipment.
- Client Support: Providing requested information to clients, adjusters, and consultants.
- General Administration: Performing any other duties as assigned by management or leadership.
- Multitasking: Handling phone calls professionally while simultaneously entering data.
- Microsoft Office Suite: Competent use of Word, Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Typing & Word Processing: Fast and accurate typing skills.
- Data Visualization: Ability to create basic spreadsheets, charts, and graphs.
- Internet Navigation: Effective web searching and internet navigation skills.
- Adaptability: Ability to quickly learn new software and programs on computers, smartphones, and tablets.
- Analytical: Strong math skills and attention to detail.
- Communication: Excellent reading, writing, grammar, and spelling skills. Ability to both follow and give clear written and verbal instructions.
- Collaboration: Able to work both individually and as part of a team, including in large group settings.
- Accountability: Ability to hold others accountable.
- Organizational: Strong planning, prioritizing, and organizational skills.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and/or ever-changing environment.
- Travel (Preferred): The ability to travel and be away for months at a time is a plus.
