Schedule: Monday - Thursday 8AM - 5:30PM & Friday 8AM - 12PM

Job Duties:
- Assist with Payroll
- Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable
- Invoices & statements for customers
- Editing for employee's time card
- Run credit card payments, run multiple reports.
- Adobe, QuickBooks, ExpressTime, Microsoft Office suite.
- Filing, Data Entry

Requirements :
- Must be Bilingual (Spanish & English)
