About the Role:

ServiceMaster Commercial Cleaning of Jackson is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our growing team in Kosciusko, MS. Responsibilities:

Perform routine cleaning and housekeeping duties in assigned residential or commercial spaces
Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize floors, surfaces, and fixtures
Clean and disinfect bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas to ServiceMaster quality standards
Remove trash and replace liners throughout assigned areas
Restock supplies such as paper products and hand soap as needed
Report any maintenance issues, damage, or safety concerns to a supervisor
Follow all company procedures, safety protocols, and cleaning checklists

Requirements:

Previous housekeeping, janitorial, or cleaning experience preferred but not required
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and quality
Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs throughout a shift
Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Valid driver's license or reliable transportation to job sites preferred

Compensation: $15.00 per hour
