About the Role:

ServiceMaster Commercial Cleaning of Jackson is looking for a dependable and hardworking Floor Scrubber to join our growing team in Pearl, MS! Responsibilities:

Operate floor scrubbing machines and equipment to clean hard surface floors in commercial facilities
Perform floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and buffing
Follow scheduled cleaning routes and complete assignments efficiently and thoroughly
Maintain and inspect cleaning equipment, reporting any issues to supervisors
Adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of cleaning chemicals and solutions
Ensure all work areas are left clean, dry, and hazard-free upon completion
Communicate effectively with team leads regarding job site needs and progress

Requirements:

Previous experience operating commercial floor scrubbers or floor care equipment preferred
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively on job sites
Reliable transportation and ability to report to job sites in the Pearl, MS area
Physical ability to stand, walk, and operate equipment for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends as needed
Positive attitude, dependability, and a strong work ethic

Compensation: $10.00 per hour
