About the Role:

ServiceMaster Commercial Cleaning of Jackson is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our growing team in Philadelphia, MS! Responsibilities:

Perform thorough cleaning of assigned spaces including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
Clean and disinfect restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to maintain high hygiene standards
Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed
Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and other consumables
Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to supervisors
Follow established cleaning protocols and safety procedures using commercial cleaning products
Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure supplies are properly stored

Requirements:

Prior housekeeping, janitorial, or commercial cleaning experience preferred
Ability to follow detailed cleaning checklists and instructions
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods
Comfortable working independently or as part of a team
Valid driver's license or reliable transportation to job sites is a plus

Compensation: $10.75 per hour
