About the Role:
ServiceMaster Commercial Cleaning of Jackson is looking for a motivated and dependable Project Worker to join our growing team in Flowood, MS. This is a great opportunity to be part of a trusted cleaning and restoration brand where your hard work makes a real difference for businesses and clients every day.
Responsibilities:
- Perform commercial cleaning and project-based tasks at various client sites
- Execute deep cleaning, floor care, carpet cleaning, and surface restoration as assigned
- Follow project schedules and complete tasks efficiently and on time
- Use commercial-grade cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and effectively
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment at all job sites
- Communicate with team leads and supervisors regarding project status and any issues
- Adhere to all safety protocols, company standards, and client requirements
Requirements:
- Prior experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial services, or a related field preferred
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
- Ability to pass a background check
- Flexible availability, including evenings or weekends as needed
