We're looking for an energetic, detail-oriented, and self-motivated professional to help grow our commercial cleaning business and support the day-to-day success of our Spokane satellite office.
This is a customer-facing, independent role that combines business development with local operations. You'll build relationships with business owners, property managers, facility managers, and other decision-makers while also providing support and leadership to our current cleaning staff.
What You'll Do
- Develop new commercial cleaning business through in-person outreach, networking, referrals, and relationship building.
- Meet directly with business owners, property managers, facility managers, and decision-makers.
- Attend industry events, networking meetings, and community events to build relationships and generate opportunities.
- Represent our company professionally throughout the Spokane community.
- Conduct property walkthroughs, prepare proposals, and follow up with prospective customers.
- Help maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure their needs are being met.
- Support and work closely with our current cleaning staff, helping address day-to-day needs and ensuring service expectations are met.
- Conduct site visits and quality-control inspections.
- Help coordinate schedules, supplies, and operational needs as necessary.
- Manage your own schedule and business development activities while staying accountable for results.
- Communicate regularly with the main office and attend required team meetings.

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable interacting with both customers and cleaning staff
- Organized, dependable, and able to problem-solve in the field
- Willing to be hands-on and help wherever needed to support the Spokane team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Sales, business development, operations, or commercial cleaning experience is a plus

Compensation: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
