Responsibilities:

Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas including offices, restrooms, and common spaces.
Dust, vacuum, and mop floors to maintain a pristine environment.
Sanitize high-touch surfaces to ensure a healthy workplace.
Restock supplies and report any maintenance issues promptly.
Follow safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals responsibly.
Collaborate with team members to achieve efficient cleaning schedules.
Adhere to ServiceMaster’s quality standards and client specifications.
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with clients.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous cleaning experience is a plus but not required.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
Excellent time management skills and reliability.
Must pass a background check and drug screening.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
