Day Time Janitorial Floater - Multiple Locations

Monday - Friday | 9:00AM - 2:00 PM (Initial Assignment) | $14.50/hr

This role is ideal for someone dependable who values consistency—but also enjoys a change of scenery and can adapt to different buildings and teams.

You’ll work across multiple buildings in Newport News and Hampton. Each site has a clear routine with training provided.

The Schedule
  • Initial assignment: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM 
  • Daytime hours 
  • Work across multiple buildings/locations as needed in Newport News and Hampton
  • Opportunity for additional hours and expanded routes over time 
This position works best for someone flexible, reliable, and able to transition between locations without issue.

This is not a temporary fill-in role. We are building a trusted, go-to team member who can step in where needed and maintain our standards across locations.

The Work
  • Cleaning office, medical, or classroom spaces 
  • Restroom sanitation 
  • Trash removal 
  • Dusting and surface care 
  • Following site-specific checklists 
Each building has clear expectations. You’ll be trained in multiple locations to ensure consistency and confidence in your work.
