Disaster Restoration Technician – Full Time ServiceMaster of Kalamazoo | Kalamazoo, MI

II. Role Overview
- Full-time, hands-on disaster restoration work
- Residential and commercial properties
- Work alongside crew and crew leads from first response through job completion
- Rotating 24/7 on-call schedule for emergency dispatch
III. Key Responsibilities
- Water extraction, structural drying, and equipment monitoring (air movers, dehumidifiers, air scrubbers)
- Fire, smoke, and odor remediation
- Demolition of damaged materials
- Job documentation — photos, moisture readings, written notes
- Professional, empathetic communication with customers on-site

VI. What We're Looking For
- Team player — communicates well, supports each other
- Reliable, punctual, physically capable of demanding conditions
- Comfortable in confined spaces, at heights, and around dust/debris/odor
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Prior restoration, construction, or trades experience a plus — not required
VII. Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive hourly pay + on-call and overtime pay

Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
