II. Role Overview

  • Full-time, hands-on disaster restoration work
  • Residential and commercial properties
  • Work alongside crew and crew leads from first response through job completion
  • Rotating 24/7 on-call schedule for emergency dispatch
III. Key Responsibilities

  • Water extraction, structural drying, and equipment monitoring (air movers, dehumidifiers, air scrubbers)
  • Fire, smoke, and odor remediation
  • Demolition of damaged materials
  • Job documentation — photos, moisture readings, written notes
  • Professional, empathetic communication with customers on-site

VI. What We're Looking For

  • Team player — communicates well, supports each other
  • Reliable, punctual, physically capable of demanding conditions
  • Comfortable in confined spaces, at heights, and around dust/debris/odor
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record
  • Prior restoration, construction, or trades experience a plus — not required

  • Competitive hourly pay + on-call and overtime pay

Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
