- Conduct outbound prospecting and cold calling to identify potential commercial customers.

- Help maintain an effective HubSpot → Proposify sales workflow.
- Monitor PlanHub and other sources for relevant commercial and construction bidding opportunities.
- Help ensure important opportunities and follow-ups do not fall through the cracks.
- Support company marketing initiatives, ServiceMaster SoCi, social media, and Google Business Profile.
- Help strengthen our online reputation and increase positive customer reviews.
- Assist with marketing campaigns and materials that support lead generation and sales.
- Maintain professional and consistent ServiceMaster branding.
- Help strengthen existing customer relationships, support retention, and identify opportunities for additional and specialty cleaning services.
- Work directly with the CEO on sales, business development, marketing, and growth initiatives.
- Assist with scheduling, meetings, communications, priorities, and follow-up.
- Help coordinate proposals and important business development activities.
- Provide organizational support that allows leadership to spend more time focused on strategic growth and customer relationships.

- Bachelor's degree preferred in marketing, business administration, sales, communications, or related business field
- Candidates currently completing a relevant bachelor's degree or with an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience will also be considered.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, marketing, customer relationship management, or a related area is preferred; strong entry level candidates with demonstrated potential are encouraged to apply.
- Strong technology aptitude and ability to quickly learn CRM, sales, marketing, proposal, and productivity platforms.
- Experience with CRM systems, digital marketing tools, social media, prospecting platforms, or sales technology is a plus

- This is an in-person position based primarily in Prosper, Texas, with local travel throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth area as part of the role.
- The position will average approximately 25–30 hours per week, 5-6 hours per day, primarily Monday through Friday during regular business hours.
- Because this is a customer-facing business development position, occasional evening or weekend availability may be required for networking events, client meetings, walkthroughs, or other company needs. Evening and weekend work is expected to be occasional, not part of the regular weekly schedule.
