About the Role:

Join ServiceMaster Commercial Cleaning of Jackson as a Housekeeper NB, where you will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various facilities. We are looking for dedicated individuals who take pride in their work and enjoy making a positive impact in their community.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors.
Sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies as needed to ensure a clean environment.
Empty trash and recycling bins, ensuring proper disposal of waste.
Maintain cleaning equipment and report any maintenance issues promptly.
Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies during cleaning operations.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding cleaning tasks.
Assist in special cleaning projects as assigned by management.
Ensure all assigned areas are cleaned to the highest standards of cleanliness.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous experience in commercial cleaning or housekeeping is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Good physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential.
