About the Role:
We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English) Cleaning Supervisor with experience in commercial cleaning. This position is responsible for leading teams, maintaining high cleaning standards, and supporting operations by assisting with cleaning when needed.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead and oversee cleaning staff across multiple locations
- Ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery
- Train and support team members
- Step in to perform cleaning tasks when necessary
- Communicate with clients and management to ensure satisfaction
Requirements:
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Previous leadership experience
- Valid Drivers License
- Ability to pass a background check
Pay:
$38,000 – $50,000 per year, depending on experience
