About the Role:

Join ServiceMaster Commercial Cleaning of Jackson as a House Keeper NB in Gulfport, MS, where you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various facilities. We are looking for dedicated individuals who take pride in their work and enjoy creating a welcoming environment for our clients.

Responsibilities:

Perform daily cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors.
Sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies to ensure a hygienic environment.
Handle waste disposal and recycling according to company guidelines.
Maintain cleaning equipment and report any maintenance issues promptly.
Follow safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals appropriately.
Assist with special cleaning projects as needed, such as deep cleaning and window washing.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding tasks and schedules.
Provide excellent customer service and respond to client requests professionally.

Requirements:

Previous experience in commercial cleaning or housekeeping preferred.
Knowledge of cleaning techniques and safety protocols.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and lift up to 25 pounds.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
