Responsibilities:
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Maintain cleanliness in assigned areas, ensuring high standards of hygiene.
- Handle cleaning supplies and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and procedures.
- Assist with special cleaning projects as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients during interactions.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily goals.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in housekeeping or commercial cleaning is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Must be able to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Must pass background check and drug screening.
