About the Role:
Join ServiceMaster Commercial Cleaning of Jackson as a Floor Scrubber NB and play a vital role in maintaining pristine environments. We are looking for dedicated individuals who take pride in their work and enjoy making spaces shine.
Responsibilities:
- Operate floor scrubbers to clean and maintain various floor surfaces.
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards.
- Inspect and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines while handling cleaning equipment.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve cleaning goals.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures for quality assurance.
- Provide excellent customer service while on-site at client locations.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or floor care is a plus.
- Ability to operate floor scrubbers and other cleaning equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive demeanor.
- Must be reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
