About the Role:
Join ServiceMaster Commercial Cleaning of Jackson as a House Keeper NB and be part of a dedicated team committed to delivering exceptional cleaning services. Your attention to detail and passion for cleanliness will help create welcoming environments for our clients in Pearl, MS.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping.
- Sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to ensure a hygienic environment.
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and cleaning agents.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies.
- Maintain equipment and report any malfunctions.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet client expectations.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to client requests promptly.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous cleaning experience in commercial or residential settings.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent time management and communication skills.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
