About the Work
We provide commercial cleaning services across community buildings throughout Newport News.
Most roles are in the evening or at night and offer structured, independent work environments.

Typical responsibilities include:
  •  Cleaning restrooms, offices, and shared spaces 
  •  Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming 
  •  Trash removal and recycling 
  •  Disinfecting and maintaining consistent standards 
Training is provided, and expectations are clear from the start.

Current Opportunities
We hire based on fit, availability, and consistency:
  • Single-Site Cleaner ($13/hr) – one location, consistent routine 
  • Multi-Site Cleaner ($13–$14/hr) – multiple nearby locations 
  • Floater ($13.50–$14/hr) – flexible coverage 
  • Full-Time Multi-Site ($14–$15/hr) 
  • Project Floor Team (Evenings) ($16–$18/hr) – specialized work with growth opportunities
Interview Process
We host group interview sessions where you can:
  •  Meet our leadership team 
  •  Learn about roles, schedules, and expectations 
  •  Ask questions and explore the best fit

Compensation: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
