Field Coordinator (Lead Support) – Part-Time / Full-Time

Pay: $16–$19/hour

We are seeking a dependable, hands-on Field Coordinator to support cleaning operations across multiple job sites. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, has strong attention to detail, and brings real experience using commercial cleaning equipment.

You will work closely with the Field Supervisor to maintain service quality, support team members, and help ensure accounts run smoothly day-to-day. This position offers growth into leadership for the right candidate.

What You’ll Do

  • Perform site walkthroughs and quality inspections across assigned accounts

  • Step in to support or cover cleaning shifts as needed

  • Assist with training team members on proper cleaning procedures and safety standards

  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate supply deliveries

  • Maintain and inspect cleaning equipment in the field

  • Support team accountability (uniforms, attendance, performance)

  • Respond to client concerns and help ensure customer satisfaction

  • Handle operational tasks such as laundry and general support duties

Equipment & Technical Experience (Required)

This is not an entry-level cleaning position. Candidates must have hands-on experience with commercial cleaning equipment:

  • Floor scrubbers (auto scrubbers and/or walk-behind machines)

  • Commercial vacuums (backpack, upright, wet/dry)

  • Kaivac or no-touch cleaning systems (or similar)

  • Steam cleaning machines

  • Portable extractors / carpet cleaning equipment

Must be able to:

  • Operate equipment safely and efficiently in active environments

  • Troubleshoot minor issues and perform basic field maintenance

  • Inspect equipment regularly and report or resolve issues

  • Correct improper equipment use by team members when needed

Applicants without equipment experience will not be considered.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of commercial cleaning experience preferred

  • Strong attention to detail and reliability

  • Ability to work independently and solve problems in the field

  • Leadership potential and good communication skills

  • Organized with solid time management

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

  • Ability to work 20–25+ hours per week (flexible schedule required)

  • Willingness to travel between job sites
