About the Role
We are looking for dependable and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Cleaners for Special Projects. This role combines general cleaning duties with specialized tasks such as carpet extractions, floor stripping and waxing, and high dusting.
We are looking for dependable and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Cleaners for Special Projects. This role combines general cleaning duties with specialized tasks such as carpet extractions, floor stripping and waxing, and high dusting.
Employees will be trained to operate a scissor lift for elevated work, and OSHA certification will be provided by the company. A valid driver’s license is required, as team members will drive a company vehicle to job sites.
Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning tasks and special projects as assigned
- Carry out carpet extractions, floor stripping and waxing, and high dusting
- Operate a scissor lift safely (training provided)
- Report to the Carol Stream office daily to pick up company vehicle
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license (required)
- Must be flexible, as there is no set schedule
- Work schedules are assigned the day before each shift
- Shifts may be in the morning or evening
- Some Saturdays and occasional Sundays required

Compensation: $16.60 per hour
