Job Summary:

The Sales Assistant supports the sales team by performing administrative tasks, generating leads, and providing customer support. Their role involves managing client relationships, preparing sales presentations, and assisting with the overall sales process.  

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Sales Assistants handle tasks like managing client databases, scheduling appointments, and preparing sales documents. 
  • Identify potential clients, conducting research, and generating leads through various channels. 
  • Act as a point of contact for clients, answering inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing updates on projects. 
  • Assist with preparing proposals, presentations, and other sales materials, ensuring a professional and effective sales process. 
  • Handle paperwork, prepare reports, track sales data, and manage administrative tasks related to the sales process.
  • Assist with marketing campaigns, social media management, and content creation.
  • Maintain and update client records in a CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Provide on-the-job training to new hires, as needed.
  • Having excellent communications skills.
 
Preferred Experience:

  • 1–2 years of experience in B2B Sales.  (preferred).
  • Prior work in office buildings, hotels, schools, medical facilities, or other commercial settings is a plus.
  • Willingness to learn and follow instructions; training will be provided.

Compensation: $21.00 - $35.00 per hour
