We’re looking for a Bilingual Recruiter to help us find great talent and support our team’s growth. This is an entry-level position — no prior recruiting experience is required. If you're confident, organized, and love talking to people, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

Post job listings and manage applications
Conduct phone screenings and interviews
Guide candidates through the hiring process
Support new hire onboarding

What We’re Looking For

Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
Comfortable talking on the phone throughout the day
Friendly, confident, and professional
Organized and detail-oriented
No recruiting experience needed – we’ll train you!
Customer service or call center experience is a plus, but not required

Monday to Friday, 9–5:30 schedule (no weekends or nights)
