Schedule: Monday–Friday | 5:00 PM – 1:30 AM
Pay: $16–$17/hour

Are you looking for a calm, dependable job where your work is appreciated—and your evenings are steady and predictable? We’re hiring a Floor Technician to join our small, experienced team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys quiet, physical work and takes pride in doing the job right without being rushed or micromanaged.

You’ll start by learning from seasoned team members who will show you how to strip and wax floors, clean carpets, and maintain surfaces like tile and concrete.

What You’ll Do:
  • Begin each evening at our home office, preparing your van and tools.
  • Travel (in a company vehicle) to job sites with your crew.
  • Clean and maintain various floor types using provided tools and methods.
  • Enjoy a steady, paced environment with clear expectations and a helpful team.
