Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling, and document organization
- Support day-to-day operations, including coordinating cleaning schedules and ensuring workflow runs smoothly
- Provide sales support through customer follow-ups and light marketing efforts
- Learn about key business processes and contribute to team projects
- Utilize tools such as HubSpot(CRM) and Expresstime (timekeeping) as needed (training provided)
- Perform other duties as needed to support daily business functions
Qualifications:
- Currently a student or recent graduate (preferred but not required)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Microsoft experience: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
