Do you have experience as shift lead or assistant manager in a customer service industry like retail or fast food?

You’ve run a shift, managed people, handled customer complaints, and still managed to keep your cool. If you’ve worked in fast food or quick-service restaurants, you’ve already built the skills we’re looking for.

Let’s put that leadership to work in a new environment—one with more stability, more support, and real growth potential.

In This Role, You Will:

  • Lead a team of cleaners across multiple buildings
  • Step in when coverage is needed (like you do when a line cook called out!)
  • Be the main contact for your clients—just like you were for your district manager
  • Oversee inspections, coach your team, and fix issues on the fly

No janitorial experience? That’s okay. If you’ve managed a crew, stayed cool under pressure, and handled shift changes like a pro—we’ll train you on the rest.

We Offer:
  • Medical & Dental Insurance
  • Accrued PTO
  • 401(k) Options
  • Company Phone
  • Mileage Reimbursement
  • $75 On-Call Bonus for Weekends

Why ServiceMaster?
We’re a family-owned, community-focused janitorial company that believes in promoting from within. Many of our top supervisors came from fast food and restaurant backgrounds—and they’ve built stable, long-term careers here.

“We don’t micromanage. We support our supervisors and let them lead.”
 – Janice, Senior Area Manager (15+ years)

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Experience as a shift lead, assistant manager, or restaurant supervisor
  • Confidence communicating with customers and coworkers
  • Reliable transportation + valid driver’s license
  • Clean driving record
  • Bonus if you're a Veteran! (We’re a proud V3 Certified Employer)

You’ve mastered the rush—now step into a leadership role that gives back what you put in.
