We are seeking a dependable and flexible Full-Time Floater to support multiple locations throughout the Chicagoland area. This individual will assist with cleaning duties, supply deliveries, and training new team members. The ideal candidate is adaptable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently and on the go.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform cleaning duties at various commercial locations, such as offices, schools, banks, and other facilities.
Travel between job sites using a company vehicle.
Deliver cleaning supplies to job sites as needed.
Assist in training new employees on cleaning protocols and company standards.
Provide fill-in support at locations where staffing is needed.
Ensure all assigned tasks are completed to quality standards.
Communicate effectively with management and team members regarding assignments and any issues.
Follow safety guidelines and proper handling of cleaning equipment and chemicals.

Requirements:

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required – company vehicle provided during shift).
Must be able to pass a background check and employment document verification.
Availability to work the full shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime or weekend hours.
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
Must be able to lift and carry supplies (up to 40 lbs) and perform physical tasks related to cleaning.
Comfortable navigating the Chicagoland area.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or general labor.
Experience training others or leading small teams is a plus.
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus, but not required.

Compensation: $16.50 per hour
