We are seeking an Administrative & HR Specialist with 3 to 5 years of HR experience to join our team! If you're detail-oriented, professional, and a strong communicator, we want to hear from you.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle HR tasks, including hiring new applicants and scheduling
  • Manage scheduling and ensure smooth daily operations
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Manage social media marketing efforts
  • Handle invoice and billing tasks
  • Use QuickBooks Online for financial tasks
  • Work efficiently with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.)
  • Communicate effectively with staff and management

Qualifications:

✔️ 3 to 5 years of HR experience
 ✔️ Experience with invoice and billing processes
 ✔️ Strong scheduling and organizational skills
 ✔️ Typing speed of 65+ WPM
 ✔️ Excellent customer service and communication skills
 ✔️ Patient, friendly, and professional demeanor
 ✔️ Experience with QuickBooks Online & Google Suite
