Key Responsibilities:
- Handle HR tasks, including hiring new applicants and scheduling
- Manage scheduling and ensure smooth daily operations
- Provide excellent customer service
- Manage social media marketing efforts
- Handle invoice and billing tasks
- Use QuickBooks Online for financial tasks
- Work efficiently with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.)
- Communicate effectively with staff and management
✔️ Experience with invoice and billing processes
✔️ Strong scheduling and organizational skills
✔️ Typing speed of 65+ WPM
✔️ Excellent customer service and communication skills
✔️ Patient, friendly, and professional demeanor
✔️ Experience with QuickBooks Online & Google Suite
