The supervisor is accountable for the training, cleaning, inspecting, and follow-up of all accounts in the designated territory.

Summary of Essential Position Functions:

Training new hires on the company’s policies and procedures
Train and support employees in each facility- Know exactly what they are responsible for and inspect work
Performing daily scheduled inspections in accordance with detail schedule
Ensuring customer satisfaction- following up on customer issues within 24 hours of complaint
Ensuring inventory is properly maintained in building- Order supplies as necessary.
Oversee staff to ensure all duties are completed per task schedule.
Performing other duties as assigned
Develop a presence and relationship with customers and employees
MUST MAINTAIN RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION

Education/Credentials:

2-3 years of Janitorial Experience
High School Diploma or GED required
Computer literacy

Experience/Skills/Knowledge:

1-2 years of previous supervisory experience required
Must be able to multi-task and work independently and as a member of a team
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Must have a positive attitude and a strong work ethic
Experience in a service environment is preferred

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 pm - 11:00 pm and Rotating weekends

Experience:

Janitorial: 2 years (Required)
Supervising: 1 year (Required)

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
