Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Recruiter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the staffing needs of our organization. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, a keen eye for talent, and a passion for building relationships.

Duties

Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Provide timely feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote the company brand.
Must be willing to travel.

Skills

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates at all levels.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software tools.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment practices is a plus.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilities.
