ServiceMaster Green is a values-driven, growing, locally owned ServiceMaster franchise, with hundreds of employees offering commercial janitorial and carpet cleaning services throughout the Des Moines Metro area. We currently are accepting résumés for the position of Accounts Receivable Specialist.

Job responsibilities include the following –

· Customer invoicing and billing, including some follow-up collection calls

· Manage general ledger, including reconciling accounts and monthly adjustments

Requirements include:

· High level of competency using QuickBooks Desktop Pro

· High level of proficiency in Excel

· Strong organization, time management, communication, and problem-solving skills

· Able to multitask with limited supervision

· Communicate effectively, professionally, and accurately in verbal and written English

· Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a similar position

This position reports directly to the company’s CEO/President
