Shift: Second Shift (4:30 PM – End of Night, typically 8 hours but may be longer)

- $16.00/hr for Janitorial duties
Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Floor Tech & Janitorial Team Member. This role is split between two main responsibilities: specialized floor care and general janitorial duties.
Key Responsibilities:
Floor Tech Duties ($18/hr)
- Waxing, stripping, buffing, burnishing, and cleaning floors
- Carpet cleaning and maintenance
- Operating floor care equipment safely and effectively
Janitorial Duties ($16/hr)
- Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
- Emptying trash and replacing liners
- Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms
- Replenishing dispensers (soap, paper towels, etc.)
- Other general cleaning tasks as needed
Requirements:
✅ Must have a valid driver’s license
✅ Background check required
✅ Some experience preferred (floor care experience is a plus!)
✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
✅ Strong work ethic – honest, diligent, and kind
✅ Flexibility to work variable shifts, including weekends
