Job Summary:
ServiceMaster Clean is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Night Supervisor to oversee our janitorial staff and ensure high-quality cleaning services across multiple locations, including churches, schools, offices, and warehouses. This role involves driving a company vehicle to various accounts, checking in on employees, ensuring cleaning standards meet customer expectations, and providing support where needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive a company vehicle to different job sites to oversee janitorial operations.
- Ensure employees are performing cleaning duties according to customer specifications.
- Train new employees on cleaning procedures and company standards.
- Monitor and restock cleaning supplies, submitting orders as needed.
- Assist with cleaning tasks when necessary.
- Communicate with employees and management to resolve any issues that arise.
- Work independently and be comfortable in commercial buildings at night.
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Must pass a background check.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) required.
- Comfortable working evening and late-night hours, including being alone at job sites when necessary.
- Some weekend hours may be required, typically with shifts under 6 hours.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in janitorial services or supervision is a plus.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to problem-solve and make decisions independently.

Compensation: $16.00 per hour
