We are looking for a detail-oriented, customer-focused, and professional Call Centre Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and will prioritize customer satisfaction in every interaction. This position primarily entails managing incoming calls from customers to fulfill their requests, as well as making outbound calls to connect with them.

Responsibilities:
1. **Respond to Incoming Customer Calls and Provide Assistance with Their Inquiries**:
Engage with customers promptly and professionally as they reach out via phone. Listen actively to their concerns or questions, ensuring that you fully understand their needs before providing assistance. Utilize effective communication skills to convey information clearly and concisely.

2. **Verify the Identity of Customers in Accordance with Company Protocols**:
Prior to discussing any account details, products, or sensitive information, follow established verification procedures to confirm the identity of the customer. This may involve asking security questions or requesting specific information to ensure compliance with company policies and protect customer privacy.

3. **Maintain Accurate and Current Customer Information within the Internal CRM System**:
Regularly update customer records in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to reflect any changes or new information. This includes contact details, preferences, and interaction history, which are crucial for providing personalized service and maintaining effective communication.

4. **Address Customer Inquiries, Offer Product Information, and Process Payments via Telephone**:
Provide detailed information about products and services to customers, helping them make informed decisions. Assist with processing payments over the phone, ensuring that all transactions are handled securely and efficiently while adhering to company protocols.

5. **Initiate Outbound Calls to Customers as Necessary**:
Proactively reach out to customers regarding important matters such as product renewals, contract extensions, or additional services that may enhance their experience. This outreach not only helps in retaining customers but also fosters a relationship built on trust and support.

6. **Record All Sales and Transactions Related to Products and Services in the CRM System**:
Accurately document all sales activities and transactions in the CRM system immediately after they occur. This ensures that the sales data is up-to-date and can be used for reporting, analysis, and future customer interactions.

7. **Adhere to Data Security Policies Consistently**:
Follow all data security protocols rigorously to protect customer information and maintain confidentiality. This includes understanding and implementing measures to prevent data breaches and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

8. **Deliver Friendly and Courteous Service to Customers**:
Strive to create a positive experience for every customer interaction. Use a warm and friendly tone, express empathy, and show genuine interest in resolving their issues. Aim to leave customers feeling valued and satisfied with the service they received.

This is a remote position.

Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
