Basic Scope/Purpose:
Perform all related tasks that are needed to ensure the assigned job-related responsibilities are carried out so the assigned building/account is cleaned to the standards of ServiceMaster and the customer task list.
This position is responsible for creating cleaner and healthier environments for our customer’s buildings and grounds by performing the following duties and responsibilities. Duties include but not limited to:
- Perform all cleaning duties for facilities using provided ServiceMaster products, tools and procedures
- Sweeping, mopping, polishing, trash removal, restroom cleaning, windows, dusting. etc..
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
- Other responsibilities as need
Physical Demands and Qualifications:
- Constant (up to 100%) standing, walking, pushing, kneeling, twisting, reaching
- Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 25lbs.
- Will provide on the job training to those with strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Contribute to the overall team effort including being in uniform, dependable and on time
- Treat all co-workers and customers with courtesy and respect
OVERALL BONUS STRUCTURE
Part 1: $50 signing bonus for the completing the hiring process and working consecutive 10 days;
Part 2; $125.00 for Working 30 consecutive days for a total of 40 days.
Part 3: $125.00 for working 60 consecutive for a total 70 days.
