ServiceMaster is looking for an energetic, self-motivated and hardworking candidate. You will be working at the office or out on the field at various contracted businesses depending on the job tasks required for the day.

This is a part-time position, where you will be required to report to the office at the start of your shift Monday-Friday. You are able to set your schedule between 8:30am-5:00pm, we are very flexible.

Responsibilities:

· You will need to complete routine checks and inspects of all machines, equipment and company vehicles so that they are functioning properly.

· Familiarize yourself with how all machines work and are handled

· Handle necessary repairs and maintenance

· Keep an organized and accurate maintenance log of all company vehicles, equipment and machines

· Maintain a clean and organized work space

· Able to read and follow manuals and written or verbal instructions

· Use equipment such as power tools, hand tools, electric tools and plumbing tools.

· Complies with company safety policies and regulations

· Communicates well and reports issues to Branch Manager

· Responds to repair and maintenance requests in a timely fashion

· Helps load and unload equipment and tools into work vehicles if needed

Physical Demands and Qualifications:

· Constant standing, walking, pushing, kneeling, twisting, reaching

· Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 50lbs.

· The ability to be flexible and work at a fast pace in a multi-tasked job.

· Valid Driver’s license and good driving record.

· Contribute to the overall team effort including being in uniform, dependable and on time

· Treat all co-workers and customers with courtesy and respect

· Good Communication and people skills. Spanish is a plus!
