Looking for a hands-on role where you can apply your trade skills while learning a new craft? As a Floor Technician with us, you’ll start by working alongside one or more experienced Project Technicians who will teach you the ropes on stripping, cleaning, and waxing vinyl floors (VCT). You'll also gain experience working with carpets, tile, and concrete surfaces, offering variety and challenge. Your work is completed off-site for a variety of clients, so driving company vehicles is an essential part of the role.

Why this role might be for you:

  • Hands-on, physical work: If you’ve worked in trades where attention to detail and repetitive tasks are key, this is a great fit.
  • Learn from pros: Our experienced technicians are here to teach you the trade, step by step.
  • Tools and growth: We provide you with everything you need—from tools to uniform—and give you a clear path to grow into advanced roles.
What the work involves:

  • Start at our home office to prepare and load the van for the evening’s job.
  • Perform physical tasks both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Develop expertise in stripping, waxing, and maintaining different types of flooring.
Perks we offer:

  • Work with a team of experienced professionals.
  • Uniforms and equipment provided.
  • Medical and dental insurance, paid vacation, and holidays.
  • Weekly pay with opportunities for overtime.
  • 401(k) with employer contribution.
  • Clear promotion path: Grow into roles like Project Technician I, II, Lead, or Supervisor.
No Experience? No problem. If you're detail-oriented and comfortable with physical tasks, we'll provide all the training you need to succeed.
Compensation: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
