Key Responsibilities:

  • Service & Excellence: Use your skills in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, and HVAC to perform general maintenance and housekeeping, ensuring our buildings function at their best.
  • Versatility: Handle day-to-day repairs, emergency maintenance, and preventive tasks to keep properties in top condition.
  • Efficiency: Conduct routine inspections of systems like fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing to maintain smooth operations.
  • Integrity: Oversee and inspect contractor work to ensure the highest standards are met.
  • Curiosity & Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and repair systems, from plumbing to lighting, using creative solutions to keep things running smoothly.
  • Respect: Collaborate with property managers and team members to meet maintenance goals and ensure tenant satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, with knowledge in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, roofing, and HVAC troubleshooting
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and work order systems
  • Clean driving record and ability to travel between properties
  • Physical ability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and stand for long periods
