At ServiceMaster, we’re looking for a Janitorial Supervisor who’s ready to dive into the daily operations and lead by example.

As a Janitorial Supervisor, your day starts with checking in on your teams across various sites—making sure everyone has the tools, supplies, and guidance they need to excel. You’ll be the go-to person for any issues that arise, whether it's addressing a client's last-minute request or troubleshooting a problem on-site.

Your mornings might involve visiting multiple locations, conducting inspections, and ensuring that every area meets our high standards. You'll coach your team through challenges, provide on-the-spot training, and set clear expectations to keep things running smoothly.

Afternoons are about staying connected—fielding calls, texts, and emails to coordinate with your team and clients. You’ll also review progress, plan for upcoming shifts, and make sure everyone is on the same page.

Evenings or weekends might bring a need for flexibility—jumping in to cover shifts, managing urgent client requests, or ensuring that everything is ready for the next day's operations.

Compensation: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
