Starting at $15/hr with annual raises and performance bonuses, you'll enjoy a flexible schedule with independence! We’re looking for Commercial Janitors in the Virginia & Eveleth area to cover about 10-15 hours per week or more if you're willing to travel. The shifts are 4-5 hours each outside of business hours on Mondays, Wednesdays, & Weekends.

Qualifications:

The ability to work well independently & with others occasionally
The ability to lift up to 25 lbs
The ability to maintain confidentiality
Regular attendance, reliability, and punctuality
Personal reliable transportation
Available to work evenings

Job Duties:

Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in a timely manner.
Remove trash from areas not accessible to trash collection equipment.
Clean common areas such as restrooms, hallways, and conference rooms.
Dust and polish furniture and equipment throughout the building.
Empty trash bins in offices and common areas.

Compensation: $15.00 per hour
