Job Position Description:

This position is responsible for maintaining a clean and healthy environment for our customer’s buildings and grounds by performing the following essential duties and responsibilities. Duties include, but not limited to:

Providing high quality services to our partner customers with pride.
Cleaning duties include: sweeping, mopping, polishing, trash, dusting, window cleaning, clean and maintain restrooms Meeting and exceeding client expectations. Leaving at end of the day with pride for a job well done and customer satisfaction.

Developing relations ships with fellow employees and our clients

Clean all common space areas including offices, kitchen, conference, lobby, dispatch. executive offices and break room.
Provide a safe environment for employee and self through state of the art products and equipment
Monitor, clean, service and restock bathrooms
Respond immediately to any major spills or other cleaning crisis

Physical Demands and Qualifications:

Constant (up to 100%) standing, walking, pushing, kneeling, twisting, reaching
Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 25lbs.
Ability to differentiate between environmentally safe cleaning products and uses.
Will provide on the job training to those with strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
The ability to be flexible and work at a fast pace in a multi-tasked job is a must.
Contribute to the overall team effort including being in uniform, dependable and on time
Treat all co-workers and customers with courtesy and respect

Compensation: $16.00 - $16.50 per hour
