What do you do?
  • Clean carpeted, VCT, ceramic/quarry tiled, and concrete floors at a variety of client locations
  • Perform building janitorial services as needed
  • Load and unload equipment daily
  • This is a mobile position that requires the ability to drive company vans. 
Who is this role for?
This position is for anybody who values consistency and predictability in their work.  Someone who has the patience to carry out both the necessary minute details and/or tedious repetition. Those who take pleasure in small variations and challenges that sharpen their skills. Technicians enjoy being physically active during the whole workday. Although they work as a team, floor technicians are frequently independent, self-driven, and time-conscious.

That's okay, we'll train you with the tools and processes we use to make carpets, tile and vinyl floors look incredible. 

Looking for a career with potential to grow?
We are passionate about developing our people. Additional roles to grow into are Project Technician I; Project Technician II; Project Team Lead; or Project Supervisor. Earn between $35,000 - $42,000 a year. 
Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
