ServiceMaster of Allegany County is looking for a qualified sales professional who can help drive sales and business for the company. The ideal sales & marketing manager has experience in the field and can easily build and maintain relationships with customers and clients.
Objectives of this role:
- Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our offerings
- Research consumer needs and identify how our solutions address them
- Achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and making forecasts
- Develop skills continuously with training and ensure that they're using effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectives
- Generate leads, and establish and nurture client relationships
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends the company's reach
- Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs
- Build and maintain relationships with the community by organizing and holding community events
- Travel within our company's coverage area which includes Cumberland, Oakland, Morgantown, Fairmont, and other surrounding areas.
Preferred skills and qualifications:
- Two or more years of experience in managing sales
- Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Superb leadership ability
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
