Looking for an onsite supervisor

Job Position Description:

Supervisor responsibilities include organizing employee shifts, training and motivating team members. This position plays a critical role in ensuring all staff stays on task and complete all assignments to ServiceMaster standards. To be successful in this role, you should have a good understanding of cleaning principles and team management abilities.

Responsibilities

Need a valid driver's license
Must be able to pay attention to detail
Must be organized
Need to have good communication skills
Must be willing to lead a team
Some light lifting is required
Need to be trustworthy
Must be able to have respect and understanding for customers and coworkers
