Job Position Description:
This position is a Mon-Fri position between the hours of 3:30pm-11:30pm with some flexibility required. You would be responsible for creating cleaner, healthier environments for our customer’, their students and grounds by performing the following essential duties and responsibilities. ServiceMaster of the Lakes territory of janitorial accounts include a 15 mile radius of Alexandria, with the great majority being located in Alexandria.

Other duties may be Assigned:
• Overall duties include professionall overseeing, motivating, and working side by side with our janitorial staff.
• Working with office manager on flow of communication to staff and our business partners.
• Performing hands on training of new hires.
•Performing follow-up staff visits, solidifying a strong relationship, and creating a unified work environment.
•Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment, including delivering supplies to our staff and our client building location.
•Perform periodic onsite inspections and review with staff.
•Maintain a good working relationship with customer via over the phone or in-person
•Capability of production in accounts as needed.

Physical Demands and Qualifications:

Constant (up to 100%) sitting, standing, walking, pushing, kneeling, twisting, reaching
Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 25lbs.
Must have an eye for detail
1-2 years’ experience as a superviso or manager is a plus but not required
Will provide on the job training to those with strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
The ability to be flexible and work at a fast pace in a multi-tasked job is a must.
Contribute to the overall team effort including being in uniform, dependable and on time

Compensation: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
