ServiceMaster Fire and Water Restoration has been preforming water mitigation in the Denver area since 1989.  We are looking to add to our growing team!  We currently have an opening for a Water Damage Technician.  The Water Damage Technician will assist our customers who are experiencing water problems, such as floods and broken pipes.

Responsibilities include:

·         Water pumping and extraction

·         Baseboard and carpet cushion removal; carpet seam cutting

·         Specialty drying (hardwood, plaster, etc.)

·         Removing and disposing of debris

·         Determining water category and class; moisture mapping

·         Desiccant and heat equipment drying

·         Lead and direct others in compliance with insurance company program and Third-Party Administrator (TPA) requirements

·         Cleaning after a fire

Position Requirements:

·         High School diploma or GED

·         Previous carpet cleaning, water and fire restoration experience a plus, but we will train the right candidate who wants to learn and succeed.          

·         Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

·         Ability to work independently when required with little supervision

·         Good problem-solving skills.

·         Attention to detail; Customer service oriented.

·         Ability to work on physically demanding projects in challenging environments.

·         Driver's license is required

We offer a completive hourly wage ($14.00 – $17.00/HR – DOE), full benefits, paid training and other perks!
